Williams, 1992Hi! I have a Getaway HS2. I recently replaced the left flipper coil. I have triple checked the wiring, and is not an issue. The flipper keeps blowing a fuse the second the game starts up, before I even press the flipper button. The EOS and cabinet switches work fine according to the test menu. Any help with this is appreciated!
Can you post a picture of the coil? Any little solder splashes, or strand of wire touching across leads?

What was the reason for changing the coil in the first place, are you sure the flipper is not locking on at power-up causing the fuse to blow? Are you sure the diode on the coil is properly oriented?
