We've had the purple 3 for a little over a month now. I have bad back issues and it's ok for me. My back still hurts occasionally. My wife on the other hand doesn't like it and makes her back hurt more. So we have to send it back and start the search all over again.

The humor in their original ads grabbed my attention, but never completely sold me. Now they're on a second generation with several changes that sound nice (more edge support, for one) and I still haven't gotten off the fence.
My wife has gotten out of bed several times now to sleep on the couch. If she didn't feel the need to do that we would keep it.
