From my house to the office, I can make it in 7 minutes.

    But then.

    I head straight for Toronto.

Without traffic it’s 1 hour from my office to my first stop.
During rush hour, the same trip is a hour and a half, at best.
During a snowstorm I’ve had it take 3 hour.

How’s your daily drive? There are a lot of wonderful roads around the globe.

Have any of you drove on the autobahn? How fast?

I get stuck behind 3 trucks like this, at least once a week

    Quoted from frolic:

I walk into my home office, near my kitchen. So, about 6 steps.

You probably have your alarm clock set to play happy hardcore to wake you also.

    Quoted from RandomTask:

That highway for non Torontonians is 16 lanes wide in some sections...

It's up to 18 lanes now

    Quoted from ToucanF16:

It takes almost four hours. Hong Kong airport to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport; 84 miles as the crow flies. I leave my house 2.5 hours before the 48 minute flight departs (time for immigrations, security and coffee in the lounge) and spend time with collecting m6 luggage and, immigration and customs in Guangzhou.

I bet the Hong Kong airport is a real treat lately. I have a buddy that has lived in Guangzhou for over a decade and doesn’t like going to Hong Kong now.
