the light matrix issue is common on lotr from what I hear and usually not detected from regular bulbs.
You either have a bad bulb shorting the matrix [which is tough to find as the light could be working fine and still be shorting out] or a failing transistor or bad failing diode/s.
Get out your dmm.
Its common on the whitestar boards with exceptionally bad ghosting . Not just lotr but all of them . Usually not detected with regular lights only leds. I think they had a bad batch of transistors or the like. Stuff does happen.
I have a spare new rottendog driver board here but I suspect a failing/leaky transistor in your lamp matrix that is causing this issue. Time to test them all and look for slight differences in the readings.
Also when you replace the regular transistors for the coils use IRL540n's as they are much better than stock.
