As Hatska1 says, Master Vid is by far the best person to read up on.

If you were looking for a quick fix, I would imagine that glueing down to stop any further lift and then fitting a Cliffy would be the way to go.

By the way, I think the toilet roll may effect game play, but that's just my opinion
