Winning that much money would be like buying gold in some mmorpg, or whaling your way through some other online game. Once you own everything, what else is there to do? I think you would end up being pretty bored after a while, perhaps even depressed.
Probably the only way you would be happy with that that much money is to start donating it, at least you would have a purpose.
Me personally, I'd pay off the balance of anyone who put up a deposit for RZ. Then open my own arcade in the biggest empty spot at the local mall and set everything to free play
