My son and his buddies, early 20's, spend enough time at my house. Zero interest in pinball and would rather play beer-pong.

Perhaps bartenders can remind patrons, beat the high score receive a free t-shirt and drink. I would be interested in bar/restaurant owners floor plans and where the machines sit. There is free payoff in machine placement strategy alone. Servers can eye a group of younger kids, and say...hey I just added a few free credits on that pinball machine for you! (stick around a while and buy more food and drinks too) have placards on tables advertising a game. most advertising on a table is read and comprehended.
Quoted from erok:I can agree with this to a degree. To me the heavy mode based games or deeper games get less play from new players. I had a Tommy and TSPP that people wouldn't play much because it was too hard or just didn't make sense.
Get the rules at the tables, may help
