Sorry if this has been topic'd before, but I seem to be having problems getting the latest game code into my TF...

I go to the Stern website and go to the Transformers page and do what seems right (see attached screen dumps) but when I plug the USB drive into the S.A.M. board it says there's no new code...

Shoule I be un-zipping the file first?

I tried un-zipping, but I got a TXT file, which didn't seem right...

Any tips??

Thanks!!

Yes. Unzip the file onto your USB drive. Leave the txt file out. You don't need it.

See Stern website.

The Stern Website has 1.5 as the current version... so I guess I was dreaming...

Mmmm... I suppose that could be where the mis-information came from... That and a bit of wishful thinking perhaps...

So is there or is there not a 1.7 update? thanks

It seems that the answer is yes for Tron and no for TF.

I only have MACS will I be able to do updates with them?

I don't see why not..

What chips do you require?

You don't need any chips, just a USB data stick... (or 'flash drive' as I believe they're also called). I got a bog standard one from a supermarket (Tescos) that worked fine... hp 8GB, but you certainly don't need anything that big, 1G is more than enough!

Can anyone confirm that there is a 1.7 for Tron LE on Sterns website readme file only says 1.4? Thanks

Ok I think Tron Pro has the 1.7 and the LE is only 1.4 can anyone still confirm that has a Tron LE?
