    I simply laid it on it's side and pulled it out. the box will have a "This side up" or something and it's really a piece of cake, as I did it by myself.

    In fact here are some crappy pics of me unpacking it. I just got to my new house and the METLE was the first piece of furniture lol

    GREAT POINT! I did this (removed the staples), but failed to mention it.
