Are the coin mech’s and wiring still connected to the coin door? It is very common for these to be missing on most EM’s. Operators removed them before they sold them so they wouldn’t go back out on route. Only two of my 12 games still have them, and they still did not work. If someone went through the trouble of removing the credit wheel, I wouldn’t be surprised if the coin mech’s were missing.
