The manual only say « ball guide assembly #2 » with no more détails.
Is this on a CV, looks like it? That part does not get riveted, as you can see the metal post is threaded for a screw, it would not be if it were meant to be riveted. You need a screw with a small concave head that will recess as much as possible in the ball guide when tight. I've never been able to find one that is perfect but took one that was close to the dremel and it is close enough now.
