Slide a sewing pin down either of the flat sides of the plug pins, on one side you will meet resistance sooner then the other. There is a small tab attached to the pin that locks it in place, keep pushing and the tab will depress allowing you to pull the wire and pin out the back.
Thanks! It is a 3D printer, that was a JST connector, and my problem was I was trying to push the tab on the wrong side of the pin. GHood to go now. Thanks again.
