Quoted from PiperPinball:

On a different note > Does anyone have a contact name at pinball controllers.com for Proc boards? Sent numerous emails to support with no replies yet. Something shorted causing some of the IC chips to fail, we replaced most of them but our CCC start button still does not work nor does the train. However it might a bad surface mounted chip. Do I just send the board back to Pinball Controllers for testing/ repair in Austin?

Hi - sorry to hear this. To which address did you send your emails, and when did you send them? All emails to [email protected] should go directly to my email address, but I've received no such emails. Perhaps something is wrong with the forwarding. Please resend to me directly: [email protected]. If ever you don't get a response with 24 hours, please email me directly or PM me here, as something must be wrong.

As for your specific issue: According to the CC manual, the Start Button is on row 3 / col 1. If other switches in the same row work and other switches in the same column work, then it's likely an actual problem with the switch or wiring to the switch. Do the left jet bumper and left ramp make (row 3) and left outlane and shooter lane (col 1) switches work?

Quoted from luvthatapex2:

There used to be an all in one installer, not sure where it went

http://skeletongame.com/files/proc_env_installer_wHD_1.27.exe

Link found at:
http://skeletongame.com/step-1-installation-and-testing-the-install-windows/
or
http://www.pinballcontrollers.com/index.php/products/p3-roc/software (This page will go away soon as PinballControllers.com is being phased out. Content being moved to https://www.multimorphic.com.)

EDIT: you can use this installer to get all of the pyprocgame/SkeletonGame dependencies, but SkeletonGame is a forked version of pyprocgame, and CCC was built in the original pyprocgame. So anybody installing from scratch will need to install pyprocgame separately after running the installer linked above.

Good point. It's not, but all of the lower level dependencies are the same. Sorry if I misled.
