there's a user here named "USER_NAME" who recently joined.
i'd like to ignore this user, but am not sure how as there don't appear to be any posts by him/her.
how do you do that?

ahh... but he/she still show up as an annoying down-voter. how does one not be pestered by that part of that person's behavior as well?
maybe it's a different setting/feature?

Ignoring someone doesn't ignore their voting, so even if you did it that wouldn't help with your complaint.
