Anyone have a trick for getting this nut on the power switch under the cabinet. Can't seem to get it starting in the limited space.

    Thanks

Couple beers and a lot of swearing are usually my go to's for any pin repair

If the switch keeps pushing into the cab when you try to add the nut, have someone hold it or tape/weigh it down.

If you don't have enough room for your fingers to get the nut started, small channel lock pliers.

    Place nut on threads.
Turn nut CCW as if loosening it.
When the nut sort of "snaps" onto the threads, begin turning CW.
    Boom!

Check the threads on the switch. Take switch out and thread the nut on outside the pinball machine see if it goes on smoothly.

Nut driver or deep well socket.

    LTG : )

Stuff tissue into nut driver or socket if the nut is too far in to make contact with thread.

Does the switch mount through a plate? If so remove the plate and mount the switch from inside the cabinet.
