    I use a desktop paper cutter...works awesome and you always get straight cuts. If you buy one, make sure it has the hold down bar.

    I use this almost exclusively. I back up the rivet with a steel block that fits in the ramp channel. Then just use a hammer to set it. I have an arbor press also, but I find this far easier.

    Then you just use a hammer on the rivet setting punch. I also put blue painters tape over the rivet area on the inside to protect the ramp, and also hold the rivet in place while I flip it over.
