You have a nice little space to set up a VR system, Oculus or Vive. I'd go with that. Less $$$, less time, and really mindblowing games to play.

I don't think you can go wrong. I have an Oculus. I really enjoy it, especially Beat Saber, with lots of custom songs, and Robo Recall which comes free with the system. Oculus costs less $$$ and doesn't require quite as much computing power. Vive costs a little more, but also has Fallout 4, Skyrim, and Resident Evil 7, which aren't available on Oculus without some hacking.
