    How do I clean these?

What are those little black two holed strap pieces called, they go under the screw heads for the switches?

This pile is from the switches on my SBM.

I was thinking about putting them in the tumbler and powercoating in needed but then I thought about replacing them.

Evaporust and then a rub on a cloth with Mother’s mag polish. You can get new ones from PBR too. Do the screws in evaporust too.

Those are called "cover plates" and Pinball Resource has them for just 20 cents each. Use # GTB-A465.
