in my Bally flip flop, the white disks do not turn smoothly. I tried to clean the white shafts and then used teflon to lubricate, but the discs run slowly or not at all. how can I clean them best?

Since this is a Mechanical machine, you will have more luck and answers to your questions, in the electro-mechanical section of this forum.
