What is the best way to clean the textured surface of these coin doors?

CrudCutter and a nylon brush is one method.

For a quickie clean, I use a microfiber towel and spray it with Mean Green. Then use that towel to scrub the door surface. Comes out looking ok. Best way though is to disassemble the whole door and wash all parts of it with Mean Green and a scrub brush. Then wash with warm water and force air dry with a hair dryer.

Is it Ok to soak it, or will the sticker be affected?

Most household cleaners will affect the decal. This is due to age and exposure to sunlight/UV over the years.

I believe the decals are available, so either way I would not worry about it, it must come off for a good cleaning.
