    Hello,

I need advice on cleaning and waxing a playfield that has a protective thin overlay throughout the PF. Can I use novus 1 and a carnauva wax?

What is recommended to use on this protective overlay (not sure if its mylar or a protective overlay film). I just don't want to use a product that will mess up the protective overlay. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Quoted from Chosen_S:

Novus 1 and wax it is all you can really do, it's most likely Mylar.
How's the heat in south TX?

    Its realllyyy bad! 104-106 degrees

    Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

When cleaning or polishing an overlay be cautious when waxing using a power drill.
Avoid excessive heat from friction pressure that can cause lifting of the adhesive.
This is the same procedure as D1M.

    Thanks! Not using a drill....
