It has been in replay mode for so long that it is just frozen/stuck. Had a similar problem with my gulfstream. You just need to keep working it back and forth. Doing it with your fingers will not work. You have to get a tool in there to rotate it. Like an open pair of needle nose or plyers. With the machine off.
