Good evening! So I'm swapping out rubber post sleeves for silicone ones, but I ran into four posts on my playfield whose sleeves I can't figure out how to replace.
The posts have integrated metal (or in one case, plastic) overhangs/caps that keep the sleeve from being removed.
These posts screw through the playfield and are secured by a nut.
Removing the nut doesn't really help me as the posts don't readily unscrew, and I'm not sure how to grasp them to remove them, without just twirling the sleeve around the post.
This must a common type of post, and I'm sure the solution is simple, and I'm just not seeing it... Any advice?

followed sir with the other ones, then ended up increasing the post that had the weird plastic cap and changing that sleeve from underneath.
