As for the OP: What you're doing is pretty lame. The tiny chip is hidden. You will never see it while the game is set up. Future buyers will never see it. You admit it's not a real issue because you say you don't want a replacement cabinet. (Which would be an absurd request, btw.) But then you contact JJP and ask for "something" for compensation. Compensation for what? Something that you admit won't be seen and doesn't need to be fixed?
