You might take a small screwdriver or a toothpick(s) and push that under the relay to give it some upward push while you are removing the solder. Not enough pressure to break things, but enough so that if the solder is removed on one leg it will move a little bit and allow you to work on other legs. Eventually, it will come out. Good luck...
