    For casuals,
I start by comparing what we do to a dog show, or horse show, and sometimes a car show.

Many casuals quickly want to know if I am buying, or selling at shows.

    Things I have observed:

You go to a dog show or cat show, but mostly you can't pet them.

You go to a Coca-Cola show, or glass bottle show, or a car show, but you don't play with the items

The outboard motor clubs will (on rare occasions), start their engines in a trashcan of water (for cooling)

Tractor shows, are a cool group, and might have performances.
