If you had no responsibilities in life and access to a wide range of games, how much time would you spend playing pinball?
For me, 2 hours at a time is about right. I’d do that every day, and then most days go back for another 2 hours later. Don’t think I’d take a day off more than once a month or so. So that’s about 25 hours/week for me.

I'm retired. I have very few responsibilities. A couple of hours per day. It might be a 15-20 minute session on the morning. And before I leave the house to run errands, I might take a break and play for 10 minutes. When I get back I might play for a few more minutes.
Then 2 or 3 times during the evenings.

Probably at least 8 hours a day. I would stream full time. Not kidding. Haha
