How much space/dimensions does a packed Pin take? Curious if it will fit into a Honda Pilot with all the seats folded down or is a pick up truck the only option?

depends on the machine, whether or not it's boxed or paletted or if the head's taken off.

It depends on the game. They come in various sizes. I usually figure about a space of 32" high x 28" wide x 56" long will fit most pins.

Gottlieb System 80B and System 3 tend to be problematic because of the larger backbox depth, so the backbox usually has to be removed for transport.
Most other standard-size pins have slimmer backboxes.

Both NIB and shipped from a forum member.

Wow that is detailed thanks bro!
When I find a pin I'll figure out what 80B and System 3 all means.

If you're getting a NIB pin, those ballpark measurements probably won't apply since the boxes are square a bit bigger than that. You might have trouble with boxed pins and folding seats if the seats don't fold down completely flat.
For Wizard of Oz, the box size is 57.5" x 30" x 31"
Stern box sizes are generally 56" x 31" x 31"
As for the system types, most games are grouped together by manufacturer and circuit board systems that they used.
