I have spent thousands of dollars on mods in last year alone. I am pretty frugal-I only buy mods that I feel are not tacky or add value and make it worth the money. The arcade mod for Tron and Tessaract cube for Avengers were some of the mods that were difficult to justify because of pricing. I want a color DMD for my STTNG and my Wh20 but cannot justify spending $400 for it. The way I see it is that $400 can go towards another title in my collection. I think Coin-Taker LED's are some of the best value mods for machines. The transformation is amazing and usually is less than $100. I also like figurines for some titles. So I guess I draw the line on mods based on pricing and if it will come off as tacky. Here are some of my custom figurine mods-I have not seen done before(:
