I am planning to clear coat my first playfield myself, Using 2 part Auto clear coat. I was thinking of doing a coat, let it dry briefly and hitting it again, then wet sanding and hitting it with a final coat and wet sanding. Should I mix it for the first 2 coats separately or will it keep until the first coat hardens
and then shoot it again. Also how much should I mix for 1 coat as I don't want to make to much but still want to have enough to get a good coat on it.

I would say mix about a cup total, do the first coat(not too heavy) then wait 15 min and do the second coat. If the cup doesn't look like it'll do the second coat while your waiting add a little. Then do the exact same thing for the final coat. Also, you can always wet sand and buff after the final coat if it's not perfect.
