My games don't get played enough. Thinking about downsizing. Go ahead and look at the collection. Ha! I don't know how many times I come down to the basement, turn on a game, grab a beer, watch a couple stupid Youtube videos, waste some time on this site and then realize I gotta go to bed.

All the time. I usually like to turn on all my games even if I one plan on playing one or two.

    Yep

Sometimes I like to sit in a chair, have a beer, and watch the lights.

I use a network to turn my games on so it's easy to just power em all on. Sometimes I'll go down and brainstorm (err it's more of a mist usually) about things under the ambient glow of the machines. Nothing wrong with that.

I do it all the time. I'll turn all my games even if I know I won't be playing some of them. Heck, I sometimes turn on games that aren't playable if the lights are working. I really like to crack open a beer, lean against a game and bask in the soft glow of the light show.

I do it all the time and think about how much time and effort I put into each restoration, and how beautiful the games are. They truly are unique works of art.

I do the same thing, but think about the time and effort I still have to putin these junkers of mine.

I have pinball in three different rooms of my house, usually I turn on all the machines in the same room, even if I only plan to play one.

My machines that are in the same room as my TV, they get turned on even when Im only planning to watch TV. I love the lights.

Somewhat why I sold all my games. I would turn them on play like one or two games, then look at clock and realize it was bedtime. Now I pay extra on my mortgage every month and am just laying low waiting for the recession that’s coming.

I turn them on all the time when Im in the game room... With the light shows they are works of art.

Everyday. I turn them on, think Im going to play, just stare for a bit, then my wife says "WHERE ARE YOU!?". Then I have to turn them off and go running upstairs.

If you are powering up your pins and not playing (been there), there is 1 known cure.
    Change.

Get the title you know you want the very most, and sell what you are not playing, no matter how pretty, rare, valuable, or sought after a pin might be.
You should want to run to a machine and play it 15 times in a row if you are willing to spend thousands on it.

I would turn on my metallica pin and just use its jukebox mode

Having an arcade with pins in the basement is awesome! I try to play mine every day, but will turn on the machines just for ambiance when I'm down there (hooking them up to a voice activated smart plug makes things fun). I do turn them on specifically to look at and not play when I break out the rowing machine. Listening to an audiobook while watching the light show on your pins and rowing makes for a bearable PT session.

Not gonna lie. I do this with ACDC. You can do live versions of the juke box mode too.

Never. If I turn them on, they get played. Guess if I had a bigger collection that might change.
