Was Toto a boy dog or a girl? If a boy, then +2. Then there are all the Munchkin and Monkey balls.

It's a 5 ball game. There may or may not be a green powerball too. And possible a ball with a camera in it.

Nothing official then? Green ball could be cool.

It could be said that the Lion, lacking courage, has no balls. So minus 2.

Official from Jack is 5 balls, as Chocky stated. Nothing about colored balls, although it is known that emerald green balls exist as a reward item for ePlate users.
