Having recently done this myself with 30 pins, here's what I learned:
Get a truck with a liftgate big enough to do them all in one trip.
I had to do two moves, as I was doing a major renovation to the space that already housed my collection. So, pins went out into storage, renovation got done, pins came back. When taking them out, I used my trailer that could haul 6 pins at a time and made multiple trips. By the time you count in all that extra travel time making multiple trips, It took two full days to move them for two guys and we were beat at the end.
For the move back, I rented a 26' box truck with a liftgate. We started at about 8am. By 2pm we were finished and hadn't really exhausted ourselves. I'll never move much of anything again without a liftgate truck.
