    Quoted from Miguel351:

How many times have you found a game on location, seen its poor, dirty condition(most likely with a blown out scoop hole), and not bothered to drop a quarter in it because you knew it wasn't going to play like it should? I know I've done it multiple times.

I've done this tons of times. Not once, however, has it had anything to do with the scoop condition. Haha.

Now if the shooter lane is blown out, I won't even look at the game.

Know there is also a difference between reliability and serviceability in games as they are not the same concepts.

Although I agree that the pcbs are a pain to replace, how often will that need to happen? I guess time will tell.

    Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

Presently based on aproximately 20 operators I work with here in the PNW, all have experienced at a minimum of a half dozen to two dozen LED failures over the period of a year+. Common with games that were routed, not personal games, unless the game had premature infant mortality board failure, which is 100% failure of all lights of the board, which is counted as a single occurance.
Some exceptions of LED use were noted with JJP and CGC games upgraded with new LED boards with multiple LEDS running one single light to compensate, but LED failure still resulted particular in games with shaker motors.

Well there goes that theory. Haha. Thanks for the info.
