Have you tested for wire continuity to the coil?
With your DMM on the coil lugs -
Make sure the power side is hot.
Make sure the other side is continuous to the TIP 102

I’m not talking about the wire on the coil, but the wiring harness between Q58 and the plunger coil.
Check for continuity between the coil lug and the transistor leg.
