the highway scene is pretty awesome. I also like that when this movie came out the new cadillacs weren't even out so they looked futuristic.
These are a few of my favorite car chases:

6 underground first 10 minutes is INSANE
The hidden opening scene is classic. I believe it's the same area where the first terminator was filmed
And then of course there's baby driver
