Not my grail pin, but 1,500 miles from Michigan to N.C. and back in a weekend for a SC.

From New Orleans to West Virginia for a couple Sys11's. I like road trips.

For a Grail pin I'd drive anywhere.

I cheated slightly. I flew to Vegas to pick up my TAF and drove back. A short 45 minute flight there, but a 6 hour drive back home. It really made for a fun day, though! I had a blast doing it and would do it again in a heartbeat!

I just drove a little over 2,500 miles round trip to pick up our family grail pin Love a good road trip.

My longest trip...19 hours round trip for TSPP

My shortest trip...10 minutes round trip for TAF, (it was in a local diner).

My first pin was my grail pin. TAF. Was a 10 hour round trip and probably wouldn't go that far again unless I built it around another trip.

    Quoted from EMsInKC:

Next time, take I-35 through KC and avoid STL, and thank me later

Yes you are so right. But I had another game to pick up there also!

    Must be a Michigan thing.

Drove from Michigan to Georgia to get my Safecracker. So...somewhere around 30 hours round trip and @1800 miles.

Since we live in the state where motor vehicle mass production was founded, a lot of people here love to drive. Hence, my 7700 mile road trip with my son last Summer.
