Title says it all, got hulk up and running but can't figure out how the back glass stays in there. Thanks in advance.

They are held against the swing-out frame by nylon blocks that are screwed into the frame.

Hey John it was running.....after about an hour one of the pop bumpers locked on and burnt up unfortunately....apparently this is a fairly common system 1 problem, ordering coils and new switches for it right now....but otherwise seemed to be playing pretty good. Not sure if you got my email, but found the key in the cabinet so didn't have to drill out the lock.

While your at it, make sure your ground mods have been done (big cause of random lock on coils) and your orange cap has been replaced. Also you may have to change the driver for that coil.

Another trick I do on any Gottlieb that toasts a coil is toss a cheap fuse holder and a 2.5a sb in line with the coil. Fuses are much cheaper than coils.

This is the early one where the pop bumpers aren't driven by drivers and just wired directly to themselves.....pitting on switch biggest cause of it sticking

Ahh stuck switch... Yeah that will do it also.

Get a 2.5a sb in there. Easy enough to splice in line with the coil.

Any pictures of this being done? And messing with it today hard to position that spoon switch so that it is not getting stuck. Got the backglass installed today and it looks pretty damn good.

Fairly simple, you snag a good old mountable fuse holder like such,,,,

cut either wire to the coil, the one from +sol power is best, and you put the holder in line and mount it to the underside of the playfield. Use a Sharpie and mark the plywood with 2.5a SB so you don't forget.

What is the +sol power?
