    I take backups of whatever art I can from all my games.
    I have a HP Scanjet 4600 which is very popular here for doing that.
    After that, take all the images into Photoshop > File > Automate > Photomerge and it will blend them all together
    Be sure to scan against a white background (I use a sheet of foam core), overlap your previous scan by at least 15%, and get MANY scans to make sure PS merges them correctly
