    Quoted from Flowst:

2.3 trillion dollar proposal; Pushed through with minimal time for review, and asked to be passed in very short time. Reports thus far are an hour for congressman to review and vote.
The bill is said to be nearly 6000 pages long.
$600 to 331 million Americans (of which all do not even qualify). $900 billion of said deal was for slated for covid relief.
That adds up to 1.986 billion of 900 billion marked for economic relief of citizens.
Please take some time to research and review these facts. This may alter your opinions.
As an unemployed pilot (8 months now) with no job market relief in sight, I still suggest this bill needs to be cancelled and reworked. I am at risk of losing my home in the near future.

If you read, there is a lot of questionable content in that proposal with very little of it actually meant to help 'the little guys'. I think most of us have always known this was going to be the case.

It's not my boat. It's Carnival's and they won't let me leave.

Raise your hand if anyone is tired of your condescending bs attitude.
    Anybody?

I actually read it. He makes some valid points no doubt. I just choose for this specific handout to agree not everyone should get it by I def understand both sides here.

I'll probably buy a new larger butt plug and a 55 gallon drum of cherry flavored anal lube

    That is a slippery slope.

If they keep upping the money I'm looknig at a good start to a bathroom remodel. I'd rather have a nice DP pro, but the wife cares more about other stuff.

I heard he said "You can't even buy most Stern toppers for $600" as one of his main arguments.

From what I can tell, this tread isn't political. It's just some lawyers complaining about making too much money and their strong moral values.

Probably not interested to what's going on North of you. But....So far $2000 a month was given from march to Oct. Then if you still couldn't work Employment insurance kicked in. For up to 16-36 weeks depending on the situation.

Up to $40,000 loan for businesses
They just announced another $20,000 loan and $20,000 grant for small businesses. 2 years to pay back 0% interest. Another CRCB benefit up to another 26 weeks. $500 week. Have to apply every 2 weeks but ends sept 2021. If you can't work at least 50% of the time cuz your kids are at home, or If you are self employed or your business is still closed.
And mortgage deferrals with no penality. And electricity and gas prices dropped.
Also car insurance rebates as we went driving as much.
If you get sick and are quarantined $500 a week till you are able to return to work. And so far 3 payments of $200 for kids under 12 or special needs. For school supplies.
Anyone on disability got a one time check of $600 added to their monthly Canada pension plan disability check.

The pics are the stuff that's going on here. And has been in place since June but was then backdated to march.

I really hope things improve for the people of the U.S.
And you all have a Merry Christmas!

Help for the working class and small businesses during a pandemic? Hah! All we need is $600 and bootstraps. That Canadian socialism would just put us in breadlines!

    Meanwhile in the US:
