    Also....
    Tilt bobs, by design, typically allow more upward nudging than side to side. Use this to your advantage. Particularly on EM's, you need to use pops and upper playfield sling shots like extra flippers by upward nudging at appropriate times to get more action out of them. A classic example of this is Target Pool.

    Of course, it can be dicey doing this if you don't know where the tilt threshold is in a tilt-ends-game situation.
