    Can someone help me understand the correct process to remove these cords where they enter the power supply box? (Circled in yellow). Thanks. I don’t want to screw it up. Lol

    Wrap a pliers around it, squeeze. Pull out.

    Heyco Grommet tool #0029. New ones are pretty pricey, picked one up on ebay quite cheaply.
    There's also the chinese version on amazon - search for "ProsKit CP-311".

    I remove these at work often (service technician) Absolutely LOATH those grommets.

    Ordinary pliers work fine for me - just squeeze the plastic together on the inside of the box while prying it out with a small flat screwdriver.

    It isn't rocket surgery.........

    Philmore also make a strain relief bushing removal/insertion tool # 63-640.
