I'm finally at the point where the website is starting to make some sense (which could be a sign of mental illness), but don't forget to click on the page with the copies of his ads. The ads have a ton of the most requested parts, and quite a few that I don't think they've ever put on the website itself.
It still stumps me once in a while. It took half an hour to figure out where he hides the switch blades the other day, and even then the brake switch seems to be MIA from the website, but its featured in one of the ads. The good news is that I usually spot a bunch of stuff I didn't think to order while I'm wandering around, so it all works out in the end.
I've taken to going to IPDB and stealing a photo of the playfield that shows the pop bumper cap I need. Then I crop it so it's just the cap, and then I paste it right into the email with "This is the cap I need." That seems to make life easier for everyone.
