I ordered a shooter rod for my Bally, too. They didn't have a new one, but Jimmy asked me for the dimensions and found a used one for me. Same with my knocker assembly; he needed the exact dimensions as I didn' t have the part numbers. I didn't get anywhere calling them, they kind of blew me off, but email worked.
I emailed a picture to show the part that needed replacing, and Jimmy asked me not to email photos again, unless they ask for it! What are they on, dial-up? Oh well I got my parts, and they were correct; and the price is right too; and if 1930's phone ordering works for you, at least a long-distance call is free these days
