In this case, Williams Flash. The foam won't let go of the back of the score units, but it has let go of the circuit board surfaces.

I use contact cement. Put some on a Q-tip and apply the contact cement to both surfaces you want to stick together. Let the contact cement dry a few minutes, then press together and presto!
