I need put these black giant rubber units ordered from pinball resource on this motor unit from hot shots. They are like hard hockey puck rubber and the inner circumference is much smaller than the 2 metal posts they go on. Suggestions?

Grease the metal, heat the rubber in hot water. Shove that sucker on for all you are worth.
