Hi, I have got to the stage in gameplay with my 1989 Data East Robocop where I regularly score over 10,000,00 points (not bragging) but when I do the score rolls over to a 0 and starts counting again from there. Is there a way of over-coming this?

Frippertron and Tullster thanks.
I know I have everything set to easy with free balls just for switching the machine on so I think I might reset the controls to hard.
I recently had to replace a couple of stand up switch targets and in the process found it better to shoot them than rely on the 209 switches at the top of the field to arrest the criminals.
I also just finished polishing the playfield last week with a deep clean and the balls are almost faster than the eye at the moment which will curtail my high scores for a while.
Quoted from DK:Mine plays at 1 million miles per hour. Me and other good players have a hard time getting over 3-4 Mil!
Yeah I now know what you mean after cleaning and polishing the playfield.
Quoted from tullster:Factory setting also includes a continue feature which is dumb and needs to be disabled, along with extra balls. I use the suggested Novelty settings and medium difficulty, which makes it brutal yet fun enough for me.
In my opinion, if you're still getting to multiball every game, set it hard.
I set it to Hard last night and enjoyed a couple of fun hours learning the table.
