Though not ‘flat’ at least the ‘wobble’ look is gone when it is spun. Also not the rivet holes don’t line up anymore because the plastic has shrunk as noted earlier.
Looking for a thin metal ring to screw in place to further smooth the spin. Will report back if I can find one.

Any more updates on this one? My plastic/resin/bakalite is beyond saving, so I am trying to make a new one in Photoshop (your photo helps). Not quite done yet, but I will let you know if you want a copy.

If anyone is interested in making the plastic for this disk - something I have not done before - I did the hard work already. Here is a JPG of the files I made in Photoshop and registered tot he holes in the disk on the machine. Hit me up if you want to make a few and I will send you the high res Photoshop file.
