    At this point probably best to just leave it alone for a few days then sand it level and recoat hopefully the cracking pattern will not show in the insert once leveled back out.
    The problem is likely that the filling took place too soon after the spraying and that filling has reactivated the sprayed finish lifting it from the surface before it could fully dry.
    I am not familiar with the specific product but these are typical paint problems.
