Haunted House Gottlieb, 1982

Hi, I am restoring a Haunted House. I have a new backglass and managed to remove the top (plastic) and bottom (metal) from the old one. But they are quite loose on the new glass and I need to attach them properly. What should I use? Would double sided tape work or some sort of glue?

All advice gratefully received.

Anything you do use, I'd be careful so it doesn't hurt art work on the new glass.
